Conditions of Sale

  1. Prices are subject to V.A.T. at current rate. Orders are accepted at prices ruling on date of despatch.
  2. Any delay caused by strikes, lockouts, accidents, force majeure, shall not be considered to form any part of the time named for completion of the contract, this applying to buyer and seller.
  3. Any material admitted by us to be defective may be returned and replaced if required, but shall not form the subject of a claim for labour or other expenditure. Goods subject to return will only be allowed with the Vendor’s agreement and after completion of the Vendor’s necessary paperwork and returns number being issued.
  4. Discrepancies must be notified within 48 hours of delivery, we accept no responsibility or claims after 14 days from the invoiced date.
  5. Carriage Charges - Mainland U.K. and Northern Ireland.
    • Carriage is paid on all orders with a net value exceeding £100, excluding VAT.
    • On orders below this, a surcharge of £4.95 is added.
  6. Additional Charges
    • Next day delivery £7.00.
    • £7.50 for delivery to other than the purchasers address, irrespective of the order size.
    • £5.00 for proof of delivery to non-customers address.
  7. All other destinations
    • Prices are Ex-Works plus carriage costs.
  8. The property in the material shall only pass to the purchaser from the date of payment in full of all sums payable to the Vendor in respect thereof. Until such time, the goods shall remain the absolute property of the Vendor. In default of payment by the purchaser, when lawfully demanded by the Vendor, the Vendor shall be entitled to enter the premises of the purchaser and recover the goods.
  9. Terms of Payment: Are by the 20th day of Month following invoice.

    • Note: if this method is used we require a separate notification of payment .
