Hard Anodised Aluminium

To get the best results from your Hard Anodised Aluminium bakeware they will benefit from seasoning. To do this, put a generous layer of inexpensive cooking oil in the base of the tray or dish. Place in a hot oven (approx 200oC) for about 10 – 15 minutes and then allow to cool. Remove from the oven and dispose of the oil carefully.

Your Hard Anodised Aluminium bakeware should then be hand washed in warm soapy water, rinsed and dried.

Never put your products into a dishwasher as the caustic nature of the detergent will damage the baking pan.

Your hard anodised bakeware is oven safe to 240oC/475oF/Gas Mark 9.

If stubborn stains persist, simply soak in warm soapy water and use a nylon scourer to ensure any residue glides off. Avoid the use of any caustic cleaning solutions.

Metal utensils can be used.

Never plunge your hot pans into cold water as extremes of temperature can cause distortion, and always use oven gloves to remove your pans from the oven.

Take care as acidic foodstuffs may mark the product if it is left in the pan for any length of time.

Before storing your bakeware it needs to be clean and dry.

Your Hard Anodised Aluminium bakeware may display 2 small contact points where the pan has been held during the hard anodising progress and will not affect the products performance.
