Advice

Mermaid Bakeware is not dishwasher safe - simply handwash with normal detergent. Do not use caustic soda or chemicals.

 

Metel implements can be used without scratching or damaging the surface of the pan.

 

You may see small white marks on the side of your pan - this is perfectly normal! This is where it is held when the product is dipped into the electrochemical solution and will not affect your pan in any way.

 

Mermaid Bakeware has an easy food release surface, easy to clean, can be used in the hob, oven or grill and provides a greater even heat distribution which reduces cooking time and your energy bills!!
